318 Ceramics Chairman Ashley Howard is Lecturer in ceramics at the University for the Creative Arts at Farnham. He has published a number of articles on technical and aesthetic issues. His achievements on the national and international stages have recently culminated in him becoming a member of the International Academy for Ceramics.
Shibani is originally from the North-East, spending much of her childhood making clay mice, while her mother made pots at the local studio. She has lived in Farnham for the last 10 years & has a long career in marketing and communications. She is currently a consultant to a variety of types of businesses and local community groups & wished to use this expertise’s the context of a trustee. She is a long time supporter of 318 Ceramics and The Farnham Pottery & hopes to contribute to it’s growing value within Farnham’s craft town status.
