A  seasonal wellbeing workshop with a focus on the elements and how they touch our lives.

Through conversation and hands on making you will build a nature shrine.

Maddy Winterbrook author and rewilding advocate and Kathy Mason Ceramic artist.

Kathy will guide you through the making process using hand building techniques and surface decoration that reflects your energy,vision and creativity. Maddy will discuss our relationship with the elements of water, earth and fire and how we can build a deeper and more fulfilling connection with the world around us…….

Maddy holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University, and specialises in supporting personal growth through the lens of nature. She is the co-founder of The Wild Academy – an online learning space that supports ‘inner rewilding’ through courses, membership communities and seasonal ceremonies – and in 2025 she co-authored The Rewilding Yearbook: A 12-Month Journey to Unearth the Wild Within
